I'm eating a pizza with alfredo, chicken, green peppers, roasted red peppers, pineapple, and shredded parm. Pineapple is only on half tho <3

You guys must have lost a lot of weight lately, nobody's written here since the beginning of the month lol
Well, tonight I'm eating. At 4:45am I put my food in the oven, it'll be ready about 6:15am :D
Pork Chops 'N Veggies:
3 Red skinned potatoes
1 yellow onion
1 green bell pepper
1 big carrot
2 pork chops
Lawrey's Season Salt
Black Pepper
Rosemary (grown in back yard yummm)
1/4 stick of margarine
Preheat oven to 350.
I sliced my potatoes, and diced my carrots. Sliced the onion. Arranged them in a pan with sliced green pepper on top. Sprinkle with season salt and rosemary. Leave room for pork chops to touch bottom of pan, you can stack veggies on top of pork chops later if needed for room..
Sprinkle pork chops with season salt and fresh cracked pepper.
In a separate pan, preheat stove on high, put in 2 tbs margarine, then brown the pork chops by cookin like 3-4m each side, then when they're browned, put them in pan 1 with the veggies.. cover with foil tightly and put in the oven.
Now that's where they are, and I'll let you know how they taste sometime in the future. I have high hopes for my veggies and pork chops, I also added 1/4 cup of water to the pan with everything in it to create steam which will keep the pork chops juicy :D
Cook for an hour and a half
Gonna check halfway through, then add water if needed for steam..pork dries out fast...

today my wife made some delicious ass motherfucking rice and beans and i pan cooked some tilapia and seasoned it with salt and cayenne pepper because tilapia is the best fish
