    I think I am fine from this. I am not sure how this would apply to international law. Since the law of the US does not necessarily impact the UK.

    Not sure if you're familiar with the US government or not, but they pretty much don't care where you are if you're breaking their laws. Since the companies supporting the bill are mostly American companies, I wouldn't be surprised if they gave over EVERYONE's information and not just those accessing those sites from within the US.

    I know. But there are international laws. If I were to break those the American government could do something if they wanted. But this isn't an international law, that's my point.
