A kid just walked into my house

A little girl just walked into my house.

There I was, sittin there in nothing but pj bottoms, and this little girl about 8 years old walks into my house. I stand up and go over and say "what are you doing in my house?" and she stares at me silently, so I go "this is my house, don't be in my house."

And so she turned around and left, but she left the sliding back door open so I go over and I'm talking through the back door and I say: "actually you shouldn't even be in my back yard. this is my back yard. dont be in my in back yard." and she goes "but i wanna watch nemo"

...

"I'm sorry, I can't help you with that. Dont play in my back yard and dont come in my house." and i shut the door and closed the blinds and left her standing there staring.

That was like 3 minutes ago, I had to tell someone...wtf..my mind is very full of fuck right now and the wuts are overflowing.

please don't get arrested for kidnapping

I have a feeling level's guess is probably right.

I won't kidnap anyone, I don't know how to talk to kids, or what they eat, or how to tell them stfu im tryna play tfm.

Plus an alcoholic kidnapper is bound to just let them go some night "I LOVE YOU KID I STOLE, GO. BE FREE."

No, nothing has gone weird. Plus, I think I know the girl as the girl who lives across the way... I live in an apartment complex, sometimes our back doors all look like.

Mrs. Rahv suggested she didn't know Pineapple's name(our kitteh), so she may have been trying to play with the kitty in the window.

Either way, I don't know how to talk to kids.. my wife says I was probably very rude and scary to the kid, and that she may be traumatized by my poor performance and lack of empathy in that situation..
