I would imagine through the right methods it would be possible, but of course, I am not aware of any of these methods at the moment.
My description of a 'doll' would be a Human that can't do anything of it's own will besides the basic functions needed for survival.
Disregard the physical shit, I want to make this mostly a mental thing. The problem is that we do not yet full understand the human brain and thus can not control it or whatever. Maybe there is a way to suppress physical human behavior, but that would result in the subject most likely going insane. I don't really have anything to back that up, but it just seems logical that if you were trapped inside your own body while someone else 'took care of you' your mental health would be fucked.
Of course you could train a child or something like a pet in order to get somewhere, but you would still have to suppress his or her emotions in order for them to not really be considered a human anymore.
And fuck you I'm talking like HURR HUMANS WE HAVE EMOTIONS AND REASONING AND SHIT, not as a species.
