Hey, that'd probably keep a lot of people honest-it would also be more acceptable, because I'm pretty sure most boys do.

Better question; how different would the world be if ONLY SOME PEOPLE had the ability to stop/play time, and alter things in the time stasis or whatever, but they're accepted by society?
