    Johns was swapped with Nanna because his ecto-parent WAS her, Dad wasn't supposed to be a thing but Betty Crocker fucked shit up in the original timeline (and apparently this one) so Nanna/Poppop actually married someone and had a biological kid who was Dad Egbert/Crocker. So yeah Dad never should've existed and that's why he wasn't swapped. Bro on the other hand WAS Dave and Rose's ecto-parent, so he will almost definitely be the fourth kid. Also we saw his silhouette on the character select screen.
