Happy 4/20.

Today is April 20th. 4/20. Happy 4/20, my friends.

There are many variations of how this trend(and this thread) was started, and the technicalities of it all are merely hearsay, but here we go.

This is all from memory, it is 4 hours into 4/20 and I'm feelin it, so lets do this the right way and not Google stuff. Random stoner rant ftw! I have been smoking some hash oil, which is when you extract the good stuffs from the plant with a metal tube. So...ok lets get down to business, ya'll gonna learn something today. Ok, so plant grows right? And it grows flowers, because like normal flowers, marijuana is just an illegal flower, that flower, like a rose, has buds like rosebuds..and when it flowers, those buds are now bloomed rosebuds of chronic...with that highly felonious and toxic tetrahydrocannabinol. Except not so toxic at all really.

So you take the metal pipe, like the lead pipe from Clue©, with caps on each end, and it looks like a damn pipe bomb, and you grind up the flowers(buds) and put them into the tube. There is a hole on one end and a hole on the other...you pack that sumbitch full, screw the lid on, and shoot butane through it. Sounds super healthy now, we should all be doing this :D You get your vitamins. Anyway, let the butane dry out because after all, butane is a gas and doesn't really like being around sticky oily stuff...so it does its physics thang and goes away. And you're left with just the good stuff.

Now that its just the good stuff, the hash oil, a person would normally dip a pokey(paperclip, nametag thing, pencil, etc) into the hash oil, stir it up like syrup until they had a blob and plop that on a bowl. The creation is near entirely THC, is very good. Expect 10% when making hash, if you put in 20 grams of buds you'll get 2 grams of hash..

Anyway...where was I? Oh yeah, the story of 4/20.

See, for me the story of 4/20 was when I was 16 years old and had just started down the bad path. It was my first 4/20 and I was very excited, and we had saved up $100 from everything we'd done over the school year and eventually 4/20 came and we were psyched, and so we woke my mom up at 4am and asked here if we she could drive us to go meet dude.

She wasn't familiar with me smokin at the time, so she was confused, but did us a solid and took us there. I explained its 4/20. She drove us over to meet our friend...we got the stuff...and then things get very very very hazy. I remember brownies(normal ones) and music and learning how to roll a successful joint.

That's my 420 story...there are naturally many details I left out, and I'm sure later on today I'll tell some more stories, but for now...its 4:35(15 minutes later) and I just remembered my mom said she made me dinner next door so I'ma go eat food and sleep.

Anyone else have any stories they've heard from people they met, about 4/20? :D


Or maybe stories of being against it...or maybe someone wants to actually get around to the semantics of 4/20 and where it started? OH SHIT FOOD.

4/20 2009 was the last 4/20 i celebrated because i was like "it's kind of hard to find a dealer in this small conservative town i have moved to" the year after

it was way easier in dallas.

also i had decided sometime in early 2010 that there was really no reason for me to smoke weed so i just stopped

Another 4/20, fast forward now I'm with my wife and we have epic pipe/bong collection with over 30 pipes and bongs and vaporizers, and we decided on 4/20 to load every piece in the house.

That was an endurance trial, we made it through but damn...it took good planning to get through that many bowls in a day..thankfully we invited some friends over to help :)

Also, my mom was there with brownies. And tbh, there are mom's brownies on my table right now. Just one bite of brownie can transport me to any point in my life. When she passes on to wherever ppl go when they die I can take a bite of brownie and it's like that How High movie where they smoke their friend and he comes back in ghost form to kick it with them.

The truth. Finally. I'm way too hazy to paraphrase all that.
