This is going to be set in the Homestuck canon but he doesn't want to focus too much on canon characters, so Vriska would only make a small guest appearance seeing as she was just a plot device. Maybe we'll see her in a dream bubble with Equius, Nepeta, Eridan etc. :P :P :P
