not according to the statistics. last month we got 1000 posts. that's the highest since august, aaaaaaaand we have 1/2 of the users now than we did then. The forum is perfectly active and booming.
The interesting part about these small communities is that usually the only reason why they die out is because the regulars decide that it's dying, and they jump ship. The times that I personally have seen this happen, that had been the case. Those 2 forums weren't actually loosing activity, they were active as ever except with less people.
activity depends on the users. If you want to see this place active again, post more. Invite people that you know that might be interested. Do your part. Post something. Make a thread, for god sakes, it stimulates discussion, and discussion is activity.
