How do you feel about bitcoins and such?

I feel scared by them because I don't understand them...but I have earned some bitcoins and dogecoins for whatever they're worth. Apparently I have .0125 dollars in doge coins, thats right a penny and a quarter of a penny. Someday I'll spend that penny on something great maybe..

Anyone else out there have any experience with cryptocurrency?

If anyone gets a dogecoin wallet I'll give you free doge.

They're not worth much but they're fun!

Come chill with us at dogechat.net, everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful, like we once were :)

cryptocurrency is a bullshit scam. any means it gets to build legitimacy will make it more and more like current currencies with the added downside of not existing in the real world, so there's no reason to adopt or use it. using btc and stuff is like going to a shop and asking if you can buy their products with isk

That's how I feel about it, I'm not investing any money it...so if they scammed me they just scammed my time which I enjoyed anyway, so it really wasn't a waste if that makes sense.

But I suppose my supporting them by spreading the word to my friends is bolstering support for it, but its hella scammy. The weird part is there will be bitcoin atms soon, which will be a bitch to walk up and it'll be like "What is your bitcoin address" and you'll have to memorize 133qg9cerVumHTRy9P3ZKTwTJ1hgn6qjZ5 or some shit. That is my bitcoin address and it has exactly 0.00000000 btc, however if I were to get the free bitcoins someone offered me I'd have 0.00005525, which is worth approx $.035 now, so 3.5 cents.

Whereas I have about 2 dollars now, depending on how the "currency" fluctuates. Last I checked it was 1000doge=$0.79, which...I can't think of anything else on this planet you can buy 1000 of for 79 cents.

My dogewallet addy is also confusing:

But its a good wallet. It contains my precious nothings.

The doge was 77 cents when I got into it, it went up to 96 cents, now its dropped to 68.5 cents /k.

    Easy come easy go.

I still have plenty of doge around, if anyone wants to download a wallet... and tetris, I agree, I don't really understand either.
