How is your dental hygiene?

Mine is terrible. For the first 5 years I brushed but they all fell out. I lost faith in brushing despite understanding that's how nature works, and at 27.5yrs I ended up brushing again...for 6 months we've been brushing almost every 3 days(when we shower lol cuz we're gnarly) and all of us a sudden these teeth are breaking.

Today a calcium deposit dislodged from under a molar, and I can feel the hole under it...rubbin the shit out of it with my tongue to instigate cell growth and thus more gums to hold it in place but I think its going down down down.

What's funny is: my baby teeth(I still have two, front and center bottom row) are still there and goin strong. These adult teeth suck.

Wouldn't it be funny if I lost my adult teeth before my baby teeth? Not really.. but i'd lol. These baby teeth were quoted til 25, I'm 28 now. Good ol babies, so strong and solid.

My teeth naturally came in yellow. Not terribad, but def not white. When I was really little I neglected my teeth and they quickly become a nasty shade of full blown yellow. Around age 8 or so I started to brush regularly and most of the discolor went away. Most.

Mine is terrible. I brush with toothpaste only like once a day and that's only on days that I shower lol. Smoking definitely doesn't help either, I guess I'm just glad I don't drink coffee or they would be even worse.

Mine was p. fucking bad for a while, I try to be consistent with brushing and stuff now

i only brush my teeth on days i go outside

so not often

i forget sometimes and then in the summer i frequently go to sleep when i'm too tired to do anything but climb into bed

I usually sleep until my stomach wakes me up telling me its time to evacuate yesterday, so priority #1 is stinkin up the bathroom. Priority #2 is brushing teeth, but after P#1 it just seems gross. I usually evacuate at top speed.
