I've gotten into the habit of saying happy belated birthday to people right before their actual birthdays, because of the fact that "belated" has no specific limit in terms of how long after one's birthday it can be said; therefore, i can say happy belated birthday on pretty much any day of the year except for the person's birthday.

earlier the other week my friend decided she was going to have a camp out on June 1st that Walk and I are both definitely going to.
