The purpose of a note is to be read. That is why they are written, and that is why they are kept around. If I were to ignore the note, Then it would remain in stasis forever, never fulfilling its life purpose. And yet, if I were to read it, thus achieving its life goal, then it would be robbed of a further destiny, and lacking reason to live. Of course, seeing as there's little else to accomplish with what limited knowledge I currently possess, I've no choice but to absorb its words of wisdom. I can only hope that its journey was one of beauty, and that it truly felt as if it was of value and service to a cause greater than itself.
