It's moreso calling people on the forum or other forums a "fag" that will piss me off. If it's like "yah man, that guy is such a cool guy" or "wow you're such a cool guy" or even just spouting the word at random where it will bother me. For stuff like this, it's alright.

The way I moderate is essentially as follows: As long as someone isn't acting in such a way that any party, whether they be spectator or participant, could consider what the user is doing as harassment or being a douche, they stay unbanned.

Of course, this does have some exceptions, but it's a general rule to follow. If someone isn't having any sort of negative effect on anyone, but they're breaking a rule, than that's a stupid rule (unless said rule has to do with spam or a few other things relating topics or similar to something like pornography). I feel like that's the best way to make a forum as enjoyable as possible-as a mod, stop general assclownery, leave most else be.
