I think something is wrong with my Platinum game because I have found A LOT of shiny Pokemon in it. Before that, though, I have only found a shiny fire turtle thing in Saphire.

in other news, i finally picked up SoulSilver again. i'm grinding in Victory Road for the Elite Four. i didn't remember how piss-easy Victory Road was in the second gen. it took me like five minutes to get through and there weren't any trainers.

Yeah Victory Road was always easy as fuck in Gen II
